Brunswick Brunswick is only 4 km north of Melbourne’s city; it is one of the most popular suburbs in Melbourne. Many festivals, concerts, exhibitions and activities take place around the area. Brunswick’s main thoroughfare is Sydney Road. The are also fantastic bars, hip restaurants and classy cafes on Lygon, Sydney, and Nicholson Streets. The suburb is full of vibrant, young, energetic and artistic people.

Melbourne CBD The CBD (Central Business District of Melbourne) is where all the mains attractions are. On every street and laneway, there are shopping, dining and cultural experiences to discover. The city of Melbourne has the best restaurants and coffee shops in all Australia. Melbourne has an excellent public transport system that works with trains, buses and trams converging all in the CBD. You can go anywhere in the CBD on foot and you will find everything you need in just a few minutes.

Toorak Toorak is 5 km south-east from Melbourne’s Central Business District. The name Toorak has become synonymous with wealth and privilege. The suburb has long had the reputation of being Melbourne’s most elite, and ranks among the most prestigious in Australia. Toorak Road is its main street , in which the commercial area of Toorak Village is located. There are many restaurants, bars and specialty shops located in Chapel street, which is just a few minutes away.

Malvern Malvern is a suburb 8 km south-east from Melbourne’s CBD. It has many attractions like the Chadstone Shopping Center (largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere), parks and local shops. It has excellent train, tram and bike services. The house is 100 meters away from Darling train station and it takes aprox. 15 to 20 minutes to go to the Center of the city. Close to the house there are a large variety of restaurants, bakeries, pubs and shops along Malvern road.

Kew Kew is 5 km East of the Melbourne CBD and borders the suburbs of Richmond and Hawthorn. The house is located at Kew Junction where 3 trams and 3 buses connect the suburb to the CBD. Kew is well known for it’s Victorian and Art Deco houses and architecture, stunning and beautiful gardens as well as its many facilities including two golf courses, many prestigious schools and large variety of shops and cafes. Kew is also close to nature with many riverside bushland areas.

Hawthorn 4km East of Melbourne is a suburb called Hawthorn. The suburb is the home campus of Swinburne University. The suburb is considered a highly desirable place to live by locals as it is an old established suburb with excellent public transport and shops. There are a large variety of restaurants, bars and specialty shops as well as both Woolworths and Coles. Nightlife in Hawthorn is vibrant with many bars and clubs open until early morning.

Caulfield Caulfield; is an inner city suburb 5km South East of the CBD. Caulfield is home to Monash University’s second largest campus. The suburb has excellent public transport with trains, trams and buses. Trains to the CBD take around 10 – 12 minutes, and trams to St Kilda beach take 10 mins. A large variety of restaurants and cafes are just a short walk away. Caulfield Racecourse is also home to the famous Caulfield Cup and many other great horse racing events.

St Kilda The Beach. St Kilda is a famous tourist location, home to the iconic Luna Park . Restaurants, cafes, pubs and night clubs are scattered all around. Well known for its unique artistic culture, St Kilda has three theaters; The National Theatre, The Palais Theatre and The Astor Theatre. The suburb also hosts many festivities and has a vibrant music scene and nightlife. St Kilda is full of life, from the hectic summer days at the beach where all of Melbourne gathers to the pulsing nightlife. There’s always something happening….

Parkville Parkville is a suburb only 2 km north-west of Melbourne City. Trains take 8 – 10 minutes to the City. The house is close to Flemington Racecourse, which is a major horse racing venue; it is also where many events and concerts take place.
